TERMS OF SERVICE:
The following applies to all transactions between EnergiESbjerg and members of EnergiESbjerg.
All members must be over 18 years of age.
Enrollment
Enrollment in any event organized by EnergiESbjerg is binding and no refund is provided, should the enrolled person decide not to participate. The enrollment may be transferred to another person upon notification to the EnergiESbjerg Board.
Payment
You can pay with the following payment cards:
- Dankort
- Visa credit card
- MasterCard
Annual fee
The Annual fee must be paid in the beginning of the calendar year. Enrollment in any event organized by EnergiESbjerg, is not possible, unless the Annual Fee is paid.
Order confirmation and receipt
Immediately after payment via our website, a receipt email is received.
It is therefore not necessary to bring a receipt to the meetings.
Right of complaint
Since it is not a question of physical products with services, membership of Members is not covered by a right of complaint. However, it is possible to complain to the board if there are circumstances that are found to be inappropriate.
All complaints will be taken into account by the board.
Reservations
We reserve the right to change the annual fee as proposed at the General Assembly.
We reserve the right for printing/typing errors.
Agreement period
The membership runs for the pre-paid period and does not renew automatically.
Termination
Termination takes place in writing to the chairperson. In the event of withdrawal, the paid membership fee is not refunded.
