In connection with your registration as a Member, we will process personal data about you. It is important to us that we protect your integrity, and we have therefore drawn up this information policy on how your personal data is processed. When you register as a member, we will ask you for your name, email address and the name of the company you represent, which we will use to register you. Afterwards, you may upload your picture under your profile.
All members of EnergiESbjerg will be able to see your picture, your name and e-mail address. In addition, everyone with administrator rights at EnergiESbjerg will be able to see your entries in your profile. The purpose to facilitate the networking among the members.
If you no longer wish to share information with EnergiESbjerg, you can go to your profile and delete your personal information, or inform a member of the Board, that you want to resign as a member of EnergiESbjerg. We will also delete you from the website if you have not paid the annual membership fee.
The chairperson of the Board is responsible for data protection with us, who must ensure the necessary awareness and the right skills for correct processing of your personal data. We will do everything we can to secure your personal information while you are a member of EnergiESbjerg.
Under the general data protection regulation, you have the following rights:
· The right to know how your personal data is processed
· The right to gain insight into your personal data. EnergiEsbjerg has no further information about you than what you have given us
· The right to have incorrect personal data corrected
· You can correct your information yourself under your profile.
· The right to have your personal data deleted
· The right to object to personal data being used for direct marketing. In the rare event that EnergiESbjerg will use personal data for marketing, we will ask for consent before use
· The right to move your personal data
Personal information of guests who do not themselves ask to have their profile deleted will also be registered in EnergiESbjerg's system. We use this information to promote future events and other relevant information regarding EnergiESbjerg - however, we will delete you from the website after 15 months if you have not been active in the system.
