The annual celebration in ER&PC was conducted under the same topic as last year: “Gourmet Party”. This year we had invited 4 star chefs: Tommy Friis, Henrik Houborg, Rasmus Errebo and Jacob Justensen. The welcome took place in the hall of Esbjerg Musikhus - Kunsten, and after a couple of small snacks combined with a class of champagne all the 74 participants went to the tables.
At the tables the 5 course menu was served accomplished by selected wine to each dish. The four chefs had cooked a dish each. The dishes was arranged in the restaurant and presented by each chef together with a little story. After 4 dishes it was time for the dessert – which consisted of one small dessert from each chef. Before “take off” coffee was served together with an avec. After an enjoyable and pleasant evening at Kunsten it was time for a nightcap or a good night sleep.
